Currently, we’re hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school in Phoenix, Arizona. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP.

Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details:

- $49 - $51 an hour

- Speech Language Pathologist needed for the 2023-24 school year for 37.5 hours per week.

- The SLP-CCC will be working 7:30-3:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch

- Could be working with students who have difficulty swallowing, or students with communication disorders

- SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team

- SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans

- Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree

- Active AZ SLP License, Active or Pending ADE Certification.

- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

- American Heart Association BLS

- School Experience is Preferred but not required

- ASHA Certification
