Position Overview
New to the field? We’ve got you covered - no RBT required to start.
We’re hiring individuals who are enthusiastic about working with children and interested in learning ABA therapy. You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing guidance from experienced clinicians while building skills to support children’s development across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to children in a 1:1 setting with BCBA supervision
- Learn and apply ABA-based teaching techniques and individualized programs
- Keep sessions engaging through play, movement, and interactive activities
- Develop strong, positive relationships with clients
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and independence
- Assist and teach daily care routines (e.g., toileting, feeding, hygiene)
- Follow behavior support strategies to ensure a safe and consistent environment
- Track session data and complete notes with support
- Work closely with your team and participate in training opportunities
Ideal Candidate
- Background working with children is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, patient, and brings good energy to sessions
- Dependable with strong accountability
- Comfortable being active and engaged throughout the day
- Accepting of feedback and eager to learn new skills
