Responsibilities
- Act as the enthusiastic representative of the brand during community outreach initiatives, delivering engaging presentations and consultations.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and clients through face-to-face communication, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Develop and deliver in-person presentations for outreach programs aimed at increasing community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Participate during in-office morning training and end-of-the-day feedback sessions to ensure keeping up to date with product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing projects, contributing ideas for promotional strategies and to maximize impact on behalf of our brand.
- Potentially help train others with opportunities for advancement for dedicated team members.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in public relations with a passion for engaging diverse audiences.
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills combined with confident public speaking abilities for community outreach.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships through active listening, personalized interactions, and attentive service.
- Experience in sales or D2D (door-to-door) marketing environments is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high productivity levels.
