What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at Maryland Re-Bath?
We’re looking for a people-oriented, hard worker to represent the Re-Bath brand in a positive way! The Brand Ambassadors will actively build relationships with national retail accounts at the regional and store level and at local events, including trade shows and home events, educating others about our services and acquiring qualified leads. Travel is part of the job, as the ambassador rotates through different national account locations to offer a consistent presence and engage with customers. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, participating in the corporate sales system processes, and properly entering all leads into CRM. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated, reliable, collaborative person.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified in-store leads from out National Partner Relationships.
- Participate in vendor events put on by retail partners, and clean/maintain all retail partner in-store displays.
- Follow Company directed scripting and lead setting protocol to ensure a great customer experience.
- Track and report local field marketing efforts.
- Set-up, Take-down and maintain all field marketing materials.
- Build a rapport with customers and vendors.
- Educate customers, retailers and distributors about our products.
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Able to communicate and understand the Re-Bath trade language
- Ready to learn and implement the Re-Bath's mission, vision and goals.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and works well under pressure
- Warm, outgoing and enthusiastic
- Available to work evenings and Saturdays
