The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following:
- Managing and Overseeing our entire shipping, packing, and dyeing operations.
- Rotate between jobs in the warehouse: loading, dyeing, packing.
- Ship with FedEx, UPS.
- Shop for competitive rate quotes for trucking.
- Shop for competitive quotes with respect to warehouse procurement.
- Work with Warehouse Manager to coordinate production and inventory stock.
- Understand basic functionality of the accounting software and how we organize our information. -Create spreadsheets to make reports and organize your work.
- Communicate effectively with both our warehouses over the phone and email.
- Brainstorm with our team ways to improve how our business performs by highlighting areas for improvement and gaps in service.
- Track inventory and update figures in our software.
- Answer phones and emails professionally while dealing directly with customers.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication.
