What You'll Do
- Lead daily guest service operations and hold the standard for hospitality on every shift
- Partner with the AGM and GM on all aspects of restaurant operations
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and develop effective floor plans for each service
- Coach and develop team members on service, hospitality, and professional growth
- Execute opening and closing procedures as scheduled
- Build a team environment focused on retention, accountability, and genuine care for guests
- Lead your assigned area of responsibility with ownership and consistency
- Participate in weekly manager meetings and contribute to broader team goals
What You Bring
- 4 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service polished or upscale environment
- Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Experience with Toast, Resy, or Hotschedules preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to develop people
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
