Polished Casual Restaurant & Bar seeking a driven and experienced Front of House Manager who has a passion for food and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Foster guest satisfaction through hands-on, lead-by-example management
- Employ leadership skills to motivate team members and ensure cost control and labor management
- Oversee inspection of establishment and monitor compliance with occupational, health and safety standards, and liquor regulations by observing team members and guests.
- Manage the accuracy of restaurant paperwork including daily sales summary reports, payroll records, and petty cash reimbursement forms.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fine dining/upscale setting
- Extensive and advanced knowledge of front of house and financial aspects
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong work ethic with stable and progressive work history
