Responsibilities include:
• Managing accounts payable (data entry & payment processing)
• Maintaining spreadsheets across multiple entities
• Payroll Processing
Qualifications:
• QuickBooks experience required (desktop and online)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Schedule:
Monday–Friday.
