Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Skilled Trades Recruiters to join the team at our corporate office in Rockledge, FL.

PAY: $40,000-$55,000 per year plus monthly incentive bonus (Pay is based on experience)
HOURS: 40 hours per week

Job Description Skilled Trades Recruiter:
We are seeking a Skilled Trade Staffing Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team! This position is responsible for recruiting tradespeople across the country to serve our client's needs. This position is a great opportunity for someone to learn recruiting.
This position requires periodic evening and weekend work. This is not a typical 9-5 position, this position requires occasional evening and weekend time when we are working against a deadline to staff a project. We are looking for a highly motivated, quick-learning individual who works well with a team.
Excellent earning potential: salary incentives, benefits, 401k w/employer match. Salary commensurate with experience.
Staffing and recruiting experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications for Skilled Trades Recruiter:
- Previous experience in fast-paced high volume customer service, recruiting experience, or other related experience
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
