Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Construction Staffing Recruiter to join our Rockledge team!
We are looking for recruiters with prior experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles within the construction industry (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). For this role, we are not considering candidates with only on-demand manufacturing, light industrial, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech staffing backgrounds. This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry.
- Location: Onsite - Rockledge, FL headquarters
- Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 (depending on experience)
- Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
- Hours: 40 hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
- Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time off
Qualifications
- 2 years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds)
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
