CNC & Machine Operators (Laser, Press Brake, Turret, Folder) – $21–$29/hr – Direct Hire

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced manufacturing professionals for multiple Direct Hire opportunities with a growing company in Hartland, WI. These are full-time, long-term positions offering competitive pay and full benefits after 60 days.

Available Positions

CNC Brake Press Set-Up Operator

• Pay: $23–$28/hour (DOE)
• Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Responsibilities: Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to produce precision metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Laser Operator – CNC (Mazak)

• Pay: $25–$28/hour
• Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Responsibilities: Setup and operation of CNC fiber and CO2 lasers, load materials, maintain production quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and assist with preventative maintenance.

Turret Set-Up Operator

• Pay: $23–$27/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Responsibilities: Independently set up and operate CNC turret punch presses, read mechanical drawings, and use precision measuring tools to ensure quality production.

Folder Operator

• Pay: $21–$29/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Responsibilities: Set up and operate folding equipment, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Basic shop math and metric conversions
• Experience working with various metal materials
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail

Preferred experience may include equipment such as:

• Mazak lasers
• SafanDarley press brakes
• AMADA or Rainer turret presses
• Schroder, Fasti, or Roper Whitney folding machines
