CNC Brake Press Set-Up Operator

Pay: $23–$27/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Direct Hire (Permanent)
Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Minimum Requirement: 2 years CNC brake press setup/operation experience

Job Summary:
Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to produce precision metal components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC brake press machines (SafanDarley)

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

• Program CNC controls including bend angles, tooling, and backgauge positions

• Determine proper bend sequence to ensure accuracy and prevent machine collision

• Run test parts and adjust programs as needed

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools

• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards

CNC Laser Operator (Mazak)

Pay: $23–$27/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Direct Hire (Permanent)
Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Minimum Requirement: 2 years CNC laser operation experience

Job Summary:
Operate CNC fiber and CO2 laser cutting machines to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (Mazak preferred)

• Load and verify materials using automated storage systems

• Monitor production quality and output

• Troubleshoot minor machine and programming issues

• Perform basic preventative maintenance

• Operate forklift when needed for material handling

• Cross-train in other production areas as needed

Maintenance Electrician

Pay: $35–$40/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire (Permanent)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT and weekends as needed)

Job Summary:
Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment

• Work with PLCs, CNC machines, motors, drives, and control systems

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents

• Install and repair electrical systems (240V–480V)

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

• Support mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting

• Maintain maintenance records using CMMS systems

• Ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes

• Work independently with journeyman-level electrical maintenance skills required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable transportation required

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
