Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance and service on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling equipment.
- Learn proper troubleshooting procedures from experienced technicians.
- Complete digital work orders, notes, and photos.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service.
- Participate in company training and continuing education.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- HVAC experience preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- Trade school or HVAC education is a plus.
