Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers.
- Complete accurate digital work orders, notes, and photos.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.
- Follow company procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and modern HVAC controls.
- NATE Certification is a plus.
