We are urgently seeking dedicated CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, and Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home care for a client requiring 7-day-a-week coverage, including nights and weekends, in Conway, AR. (looking for multiple caregivers to cover shifts)
💼 Position Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
- Pay: $15-$16/hour (based on experience)
- Shifts: Day, Evening shifts available
- Schedule: Looking for caregivers to be part of a team covering 7 days/week approximately 7am-10pm
🧡 What You’ll Do:
Provide compassionate personal care services including:
- Bathing, grooming, oral hygiene
- Skin and nail care
- Feeding and ambulation
- Toileting and range of motion exercises
- Light household tasks essential to home health
- Emptying urinary catheters (required)
🌈 What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced caregivers (1 year preferred)
- Certified CNA or PCA
- Reliable and flexible with night and weekend availability
- Kind, patient, and professional demeanor
- Clean criminal background and drug screen
- Willingness to complete CEUs per Arkansas state requirements
