Superior Senior Care in Russellville is seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented LPN, RN, or Licensed Social Worker to complete in‑home physical‑dependency assessments for elderly and disabled clients across Pope, Yell, Johnson, and Conway counties.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, flexibility, and meaningful one‑on‑one work with clients.
📝 Position Responsibilities
You will perform assessments and visits required by Arkansas Medicaid, including:
- Initial in‑home assessments
- Reassessments
- Supervisory visits
- Aide skills checks
- Aide record reviews
✔ Who We’re Looking For
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- Licensed in Arkansas as an LPN, RN, LMSW, or LCSW, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field, OR
- Two years of human services experience (including 2 years as a case manager within the last 3 years)
Additional requirements:
- Organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within our service area
- Case management experience is a plus
