- Operate an Industrial Band Saw to produce Superior Industries' products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment, report major repair or maintenance needs, and ensure optimal operation to minimize downtime.
- Cut materials according to prints and complete job orders on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Operate related equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, as required, following all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other duties as assigned.
- 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday
- Weekly paycheck

- Experience operating industrial band saws with a strong focus on safety.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Skilled in basic math, miters, and precise measurement using a tape measure to 1/16”.
- Knowledge of daily preventive maintenance and general equipment care.
- General mechanical understanding.
- Strong communication skills and openness to coaching.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
