The Team Lead for Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse oversees daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and personnel coordination. This hands-on leader ensures all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while developing team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse functions.
- Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, materials, and information to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through audits, cycle counts, and system updates.
- Enforce safety standards and company policies while modeling a clean, organized work environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday & 7:00am to 3:30pm, Friday

- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing roles; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and safety best practices.
- Proficiency with inventory software and basic computer systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, Excel).
- Strong work ethic with excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills.
- Forklift certification is strongly preferred.
