- Production & Safety: Operate manufacturing equipment at full capacity while strictly adhering to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure all job orders are completed on schedule and meet or exceed company quality standards through precise operation.
- Technical Literacy: Utilize general mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to operate machinery and take accurate measurements with a standard 20' tape measure.
- Equipment Care: Perform daily preventative maintenance and maintain a clean workspace to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Team Communication: Monitor equipment health, maintain housekeeping, and promptly report major repair needs to the maintenance department.
- 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

- Measurement Precision: Expertly read tape measures to 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" increments with a strong command of inch-to-decimal conversions.
