Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping
- Support calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and document preparation
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly and courteously
