Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Clean floors thoroughly, including carpet cleaning and floor care, utilizing manual handling techniques for heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as required.
- Use proper janitorial and custodial practices to uphold safety protocols and sanitation regulations.
- Follow client-specific instructions and maintain consistent quality across every home.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service while respecting their privacy.

Qualifications
- Reliable personal transportation to drive to job sites in the Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their cleaning preferences.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and manual handling required for thorough residential cleaning.
