Life Is Maid Organic Cleaning & Carpet is hiring a dependable Cleaning Technician to join our residential and commercial cleaning team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys staying active, communicates well, and wants a long-term opportunity with a growing company. Professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training and clear expectations for the right person.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed residential and commercial cleaning
- Following company cleaning systems, checklists, and quality standards
- Working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicating professionally with teammates and leadership
- Treating every client, home, and business with respect and care
- Properly caring for company supplies and equipment
This position is a good fit for someone who is hardworking, dependable, punctual, open to constructive feedback, and comfortable working as part of a team. Because our work is active and detail-focused, you must be able to maintain quality while performing physical work throughout the day.
Schedule and Pay
Starting pay is $17 per hour. This position begins part-time, averaging approximately 10–20 hours per week. Shifts are generally scheduled in full-day, eight-hour increments, such as 6:30 AM–2:30 PM or 7:30 AM–3:30 PM.
Our regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, with Fridays scheduled as needed. Hours may increase as you progress through training and demonstrate dependable attendance, quality work, efficiency, communication, and readiness. There is potential to grow into full-time employment as the company continues to grow, but hours are not guaranteed.
We conduct periodic performance check-ins. Opportunities for pay increases may be available within or after the first 90 days based on attendance, punctuality, reliability, communication, cleaning quality, efficiency, training progress, and overall performance.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a third-party background check
- Ability to perform physical cleaning work throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
