What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marble Production - Finishing position at Superior Home Products Inc?
Superior Home Products is an established manufacturer of cultured marble products located in Wentzville, MO. We are looking for full-time team members to fill positions in our Marble Finishing department.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating small hand tools (buffer, grinder)
- Polishing various cultured marble products
- Packaging and storage tasks
- Performing all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures
- Loading delivery trucks (on occasion, if needed)
- Other related manufacturing/warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a tape measure
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Safety-conscious
- Good attendance
- Buffer, grinder, or auto body detail experience is preferred, but not necessary
Physical demands:
- Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds
- Bending, squatting, and twisting up to 50% of the day
- Standing and walking 100% of the day
