What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closet Shelving Installer position at Superior Home Products Inc?
Superior Home Products is looking for a Closet Shelving Installer who will provide expert installation of wire shelving and custom laminate closet systems in new homes, remodels, and commercial jobs within St. Charles County, St. Louis Metro, and surrounding areas. Must have a reliable vehicle to transport shelving materials (weekly gas allowance is provided). This position is paid an hourly rate during training, then transitions into a piece-rate pay structure once training is completed.
Ideal candidates should have the following characteristics:
- Construction or installation experience
- Experience using hand tools
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of safety awareness
- Strong motivation to work independently and complete daily work orders in a timely manner
- Professional attitude
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years
