What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Phone Sales position at Superior herbs, llc?
Job Summary
Administrative Assistant: General office work, shipping, receiving, answering phone, data entry, emails, faxes, filling etc.
Sales: Customer Service, Sales are done over the phone (not in person) to current customers and prospect customers. Take orders from current customers and call prospect customers.
The right candidate will be self-motivated, and will have good time management skills. Be able to enter refrigerated cooler, and inspect product to be sent to customers, take pictures when needed etc.
Training will be provided. Phone sales experience a plus.
Job Type: Full-time 8 am to 4 Pm Monday to Friday
