What You’ll Do
As a Resident Care Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor and Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Supporting residents with mobility needs, including walkers, canes, wheelchairs, and safe transfer techniques
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ eating, sleeping, toileting, or behavior patterns
- Light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Helping with meal service and cleanup
- Providing one‑on‑one and group social engagement
- Assisting with 2‑person lifts and transfers
- Performing other duties as assigned to support resident well‑being
