About The Role

Superior Cloth & Stitch (SCS), a division of SGC, is seeking a Sales Contract & Order Specialist to manage customer contracts and related sales orders within SAP SD. This role ensures all contract terms—pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules—are accurately maintained, while supporting smooth order flow from creation to billing.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable collaborating across multiple departments to improve reporting cadence and contract accuracy.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, maintain, and monitor customer contracts and related sales orders in SAP SD.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing team to update pricing as needed and ensure alignment with contract terms.
  • Run reports to monitor billing accuracy and work with Sales to resolve discrepancies or deal adjustments.
  • Follow orders through their full lifecycle—from creation to fulfillment—to ensure on-time delivery and billing.
  • Conduct bi-weekly contract reviews and mid-month updates for assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and Sourcing/S&OP teams to ensure purchase programs are aligned with inventory flow and customer timelines.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports that measure fill rate, contract compliance, and usage.
  • Create and refine reporting templates (currently manual) and work with IT to help automate future reports.
  • Participate in monthly customer calls (approximately 10–15% of role).
  • Lead the setup and cadence of recurring Sales meetings for accounts with active contracts.
  • Drive consistency in how contract changes are communicated and documented (moving from ad-hoc emails to shared reporting or structured meetings).

First-Year Accomplishments

In The First 12 Months, The Specialist Will

  • Establish recurring meetings with Sales for accounts that have active contracts.
  • Develop and implement weekly usage reporting to track performance and compliance.
  • Launch monthly reporting with quantity recommendations by customer to support proactive inventory and contract planning.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, or Customer Service.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SD (order entry, contract creation, delivery, billing).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly.
  • Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Sourcing, S&OP, Finance, and Customer Service.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
