Diesel Mechanic

At Superior Fuel Company, our people are the heart of everything we do. We believe great work comes from great teams, and that means investing in your growth, your skills, and your future. Here, you’re not just another employee. You’re part of a tight knit, supportive crew that looks out for one another. We take pride in developing every team member because when you grow, we all grow. If you’re looking for a place where your contributions matter and your success is truly valued, you’ll feel right at home with Superior Fuel.

We don’t just operate machinery, we engineer dependability. Every warm home and every running business relies on equipment that performs exactly as it should. That’s where your talent becomes essential.

We’re looking for a high-caliber Senior Diesel Mechanic with a sharp eye, steady hands, and a mindset built around doing things right. Someone who can read a machine like a roadmap, pinpoint issues before they turn into downtime, and bring equipment back to peak condition with confidence and skill.

This isn’t a place for shortcuts or chaos. You’ll work in a well-organized, well-equipped shop where quality matters and your expertise actually shapes the outcome. You’ll maintain and fine tune our propane and fuel delivery fleet while working with a team that values clarity, consistency, and competence.

If you’re wired for problem solving, take pride in accurate work, and prefer an environment where expectations are clear and the tools are top notch, this is the place to thrive. You’ll play a key role in building a stronger, smarter fuel delivery operation in Minnesota, one machine at a time.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Take pride in precision, safety, and steady, reliable work
• Prefer a structured, wellorganized environment that supports highquality output
• Enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and refining equipment until it runs perfectly
• Want to be part of a team built on mutual respect, steady performance, and shared goals

Ideal Qualifications:

• A preventionfirst mindset, you don’t wait for equipment to fail
• Strong reliability, focus, and follow through
• A willingness to keep growing as technology and tools evolve
• Handson experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, and diagnostic

tools

What We Offer:

• A toptier shop environment built for efficiency and accuracy
• Competitive pay
• Full benefits (medical, vision, dental, life, disability), 401(k) with company match, paid time off
• A team that respects your expertise, your time, and your role in the mission

At Superior Fuel, we’re not just keeping equipment running, we’re building a smarter, stronger operation that sets a new standard in our industry. Apply now and experience why we are Superior.
