What You’ll Do:

• Provide superior customer service to walkin and phone customers
• Answer questions and guide customers through our products and services
• Assist walkin customers with service explanations and account support
• Learn how to fill propane cylinders (20lb BBQ tanks to 100lb cylinders — training provided)
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer accounts
• Manage inventory for service parts and supplies
• Keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support your team and jump in wherever needed

You’ll Thrive Here If:

• You have at least 1 year of customer service experience
• You’re detailoriented, organized, and great with people
• You’re eager to learn and grow in the fuel and propane industry
• You’re comfortable lifting propane cylinders (20lb frequently, 100lb occasionally)
• You’re techsavvy and quick to pick up new systems
• You bring a positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork

Job Type & Pay:

• Fulltime
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
• Commission Pay: Additional earnings available through inside sales and customer conversions (posted wage includes commission potential)
