Responsibilities

• Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
• Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice
• Become a real estate local expert
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals. ISA/Show Assistant;

We are expanding and have openings for some individuals who want to work their way into a real estate career! Start as a showing agent learning the ropes and work your way into a successful career! We are currently interviewing licensed and non-licensed professionals to fill the role of Real Estate Showing Agents and Sales Agent and future business PARTNER in both our Duluth and Iron Range locations. We also have opportunities for non-licensed people to get licensed if you do not already have a license.
