Superior Fence & Rail of Northern New Jersey is an industry leader seeking full-time Sub Contractor FENCE INSTALLERS for immediate hire. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link. Pay ranges per Linear FT - paid weekly, depending on experience. Work hours are from 7;30am – TBD Monday - Friday and * Weekends as Agreed.
Job Responsibilities for the Working Lead Installer Position:
- Learn, adopt, and implement Superior Fence & Rail's structured installation process
- Supervise installation crew while working alongside the installers to ensure installation, administration, and safety procedures are being followed
- Ensure all materials loaded for a job are the correct product and quantity based on provided diagram and packing list for each job
- Verify all fence is placed correctly on the property in relation to the property line
- Ensure crew provides constant professionalism to our customers
- Use company procedures to effectively manage any errors encountered on a job site
- Use company procedures to effectively manage all jobsite changes, errors, and unforeseen complications professionally and efficiently
- Manage the jobsite to ensure a quality and aesthetically pleasing fence is installed to Company Time Standards
Minimum requirements to apply:
- Must be able to immediately install a fence with little to no supervision
- Fencing Experience
- Possess Valid Drivers License, Reliable Work Truck
- Physically Fit for heavy lifting and working in the heat.
- Must be able to: Read job orders, Work Unsupervised, Follow Written/Verbal Instructions, Follow Worker’s Comp. Procedures for Onsite Injuries, Drive Truck/Trailer, Obey and Enforce all Safety, Administrative, DOT, and Installation Policies and Procedures. Truck is a MUST HAVE!
