Superior Fence & Rail of Central Oklahoma is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant.  No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors. 

Paid training for 6 weeks.  Pay typically ranges from  $50,000 to $120,000 per year. Laptop and phone provided after the training period is completed. Vehicle and gas card provided between 30-90 days after the training period has been completed. The territory for this position is Oklahoma City and the surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training 
• Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products 
• Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up 
• Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, customer service, construction, home improvement, or related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities at once.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn the fencing and railing industry and grow within the company.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite)
• Pass Background Check
• Valid DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation

The Superior candidate will:

• Be polished and professional in demeanor and possess previous outside sales experience
• Have strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission
