Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick as applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Dependable and team-oriented

- must be able to read blueprints
- must be able to read a tape
- must be able to cut with a torch
-must be able to use a grinder
- lift up to 50 pounds or more
- reliable transportation to job sites
- consistent and on time
- good attitude
-must be able to work overtime & work out of town when needed
- pay rate is based off of experience and work ethic
-work hours at 10-hour days @ 4-days per week
