What You'll Do

As a Refrigeration Technician, you will:

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Qualifications

• 5 years of documented experience in commercial HVAC/R service
• Propane/Natural Gas Basic License (ME or NH)
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
