Technicians in this role work independently in the field while receiving support from an experienced dispatch and management team.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
- Document completed work using digital service software
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding findings and recommendations
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Coordinate with dispatch to manage service calls and scheduling
- At least 3 years of hands-on commercial HVAC/R experience
- 5 or more years of experience preferred
- Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License is a plus
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and electronic work orders
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Hourly pay ranging from $30-$50 based on experience, licensing, and qualifications
