Description:Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a state-wide provider of skilled trade services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians, as well as providing job order updates to customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and work effectively under pressure. The work schedule is Monday to Friday 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.ResponsibilitiesReceive and process inbound customer emails and service technician callsProvide informative and proactive customer serviceTake detailed work order notes and communicate relevant information to othersSchedule and coordinate service calls within department guidelinesCreate work orders and support documentation to complete service requestsMonitor technician workflow and job site progressFollow-up with service technicians, service managers and account managers regarding work orders, callbacks and paperworkMonitor and document GPS on service technicians and provide accurate estimated time of arrivalsPerform other clerical duties as assigned by the department supervisorRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to multitask and prioritize workflowStrong time-management skillsMinimum of one year of administrative experienceMust possess accurate data entry skills with the ability to type 35 WPM with no errorsTerminology knowledge in plumbing, electrical or construction is desired but not requiredSuperior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a service company providing customer service throughout California and other states.
