This is an opportunity for a sales professional who has already proven they can open doors with CEOs, CFOs, and business leaders and wants to play a more strategic role in building pipeline and driving growth.
You must have prior success selling into small to mid-sized businesses and be comfortable initiating conversations where there is no immediate demand. You know how to earn trust and respect quickly, ask the right questions, and determine whether an opportunity is worth pursuing.
This is not a high-volume, low-quality prospecting role.
Your job is to create, qualify, and advance the right opportunities.
You must:
- Have experience engaging executive-level decision-makers
- Be confident prospecting through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Qualify aggressively and push back when the deal isn’t a fit
- Work independently in a hybrid role while staying accountable to clear pipeline expectations
This role starts with a strong focus on business development and qualification, with the opportunity to take on more of the sales process over time based on performance and capability.
You will be selling consultative business services in a competitive environment where success depends on how well you understand the client - not just what you sell.
Compensation
· You’ve earned at least $120K in variable compensation and are motivated to earn more.
· We need you to earn $150K (uncapped).
· Base salary: $70–80K, with strong upside for performance.
