Position Summary
Responsible for leading, creating and managing the marketing, branding, and social media activities for the Company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Leadership to design and implement Superior's marketing, branding and social media strategies to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, and publish creative content for social media and digital platforms
- Travel to jobsites nationwide for photography, videography, and drone footage to capture Superior's work and people
- Manage and coordinate ongoing content updates across Superior's corporate website and internal benefits portal
- Develop and produce all collateral materials, including brochures, displays and advertising
- Manage the ordering, tracking, and distribution of company-branded items, including signage, printed materials, promotional activities, apparel, etc.
- Create and maintain project description sheets, photos, videos, images and graphics in project files
- Support Business Development with all job-related marketing, trade shows, community events and company gatherings
- Work with Management to learn the specifics of Superior products to ensure all work provides clear, accurate and compliant information
- Manage and report on all marketing activities and results
- Adopt and enhance Superior's voice and messaging
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include overtime as needed
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned or requested by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Graphic Design, or related discipline preferred
- 3 years of experience working within Corporate Communications, Employment Branding Marketing, or Advertising preferred
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Canva
- Familiarity with web design and WordPress
- Must possess or be able to obtain an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (drone license) within 90 days of hire
- Must be a proactive self-starter and comfortable taking charge with little direction
- Have a strong desire to build and harness a positive and fun work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $75,000.00 per year
