About You:

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving pieces. Building a plane in the air sounds like a fun challenge rather than a scary undertaking.
• You are equal parts leader, critical thinker, and people-person with experience working for a financial institution.
• You demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, you’re quick to think, research, and act. A swift and smooth doer, who will always find a way.
• You’re constantly looking for better, faster, and more efficient ways of doing things. “This is the way we’ve always done it” is a phrase that is banned from your vocabulary.
• You’d be excited to work at a growing and hungry organization, ready and willing to take on challenges and make an impact.

What you will do:

• Oversee all that the SCCU branch encompasses – from the moolah and members to the employees and operations.
• Drive the team (and yourself) to be goal SQUASHERS. Numbers are your jam; you live for that ish.
• Foster and promote a corporate environment consistent with our core values: Dare to Care; Be Accountable; Drive Forward Momentum; Hit Heavy, Stay Humble.
• Motivate, influence, and train team members. You are a cheerleader, coach, and key player, all-in-one.
• Other duties and special projects as required. You are a yes-person, willing to help wherever needed.

Your experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience is required
• 5 years’ experience in financial industry, exhibiting an upward progression in management and responsibility
• Solid understanding of computers and systems (we will teach you the specifics in training)
