Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist customers by providing accurate information regarding services
- Use computer skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently during customer interactions.
- Enter data accurately into databases and update customer records in real-time.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant individual.
- Maintain clear communication by actively listening and providing detailed explanations tailored to each caller's needs.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction and record all interactions thoroughly.
Requirements
- Typing speed minimum 45 wpm (typing test will be conducted)
- Candidate must be reliable and dependable
- 1 year minimum customer service experience
- Criminal background check is required
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred, with fluency in English and at least one additional language to serve diverse customer bases.
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus, especially familiarity with medical terminology.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and navigating multiple software platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and active listening techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:
All candidates must:
- Be able to professionally and politely communicate with callers from all walks of life.
- Be proficient with the use of computers, computer software and typing.
- Take and pass a typing test to demonstrate 45-55 wpm typing speed.
- Be familiar with Albuquerque metro and surrounding areas
- Have attained a of High School diploma or GED
- Have customer service skills - Medical background is a plus but not required
- Be punctual and Dependable

- Monday to Friday
- Scheduled shift start times vary based on company need and schedule availability
