Estimator - Commercial Railing

Job Summary

Superior Aluminum Products in Russia, Ohio recently celebrated a major plant expansion and office renovation. Our success in 70 years of business has been supplying aluminum railing, fence and columns for building projects across the United States. We now have an immediate need for one full-time aluminum railing estimator. On-the-job training will be provided over the course of several months.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing accurate takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications for use by our sales team.
• Utilizing Excel forms to organize data.
• Balancing multiple projects and requests from different sources.

High School Diploma

Experience/Certification Required

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Design or Estimating.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and cut details.
• Skillful with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with takeoff software preferred. PlanSwift software takeoff experience is a plus.
