Job description:
We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager who is responsible for the general bookkeeping operations. The responsibilities include AP, AR, collections, reconciling account balances, bank statements and weekly payroll.
Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Full Charge bookkeeping
Process bills and payments
Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements
AR billing, AIA Billing, collections
Execute payroll tracking and data processing
Preparing monthly sales tax for accountant.
Requirements:
HVAC or similar industry Office experience required
QuickBooks experience required minimum 4 years
Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
This person will need to have the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced, work environment.
Attention to detail is required
Strong ability to multitask
Capacity to work well under pressure
Organized, efficient, self-motivated, proactive
Must be a team player
Local candidates preferred
Salary Commensurate With Experience.
Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
