The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, experienced, and detail-driven Estimator to join our team of heroes. This role is pivotal in designing accurate, competitive, and compliant estimates for systems that protect lives and property across every project we take on.

What You’ll Do:

• Review project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates
• Perform take-offs and material/labor calculations for fire sprinkler systems
• Collaborate with the sales, design, and project management teams
• Prepare detailed proposals and respond to RFPs
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Stay up to date on codes, regulations, and industry standards

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a fire sprinkler estimator (NICET certification a plus)
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local codes
• Excellent reading of construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for protecting people and doing great work with great people
