Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Estimator, based in Rural Hall, NC, with some flexibility for remote work. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and providing accurate pricing for projects. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, reviewing bids, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and analyzing project specifications
- Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Experience with construction materials, techniques, and reading blueprints
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills for collaborating with teams and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Experience in the construction industry, specifically drywall, metal stud framing, or acoustical ceilings, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, preferred
