- Your Schedule, Your Way: Enjoy total flexibility. You get to choose your patients, set your own caseload, and build hours that fit your lifestyle. Currently, our biggest need is for after-school hours.
- Where You'll Work: You'll be providing convenient, natural-environment therapy directly in patients' homes. We have immediate needs across the following regions for afterschool hours:
- Greater Boston / City Neighborhoods:
- North Shore & North Suburbs:
- South Shore & Metro South:
- MetroWest:
- Providing highly engaging, creative occupational therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Empowering and educating patients and their families by teaching practical, everyday therapy tips and tricks.
- Teaming up and collaborating seamlessly with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Keeping client data and progress notes up-to-date.
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy with independent Massachusetts state licensure.
- Active NPI number (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
- Comfort and confidence working independently in homes and community environments.
- A genuine passion for helping children build strength and independence in their natural environments.
- Strong people skills and good communication.
- Excellent at staying organized and paying attention to detail.
- Must be able to keep a positive and compassionate attitude!
