OTA Kids is a well-established, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic serving infants, children, and adolescents throughout the Greater Boston area. We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and motivated full-time Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team.
As an Occupational Therapist at OTA Kids, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to children with a wide variety of developmental needs. Treatment focuses on sensory integration, fine and gross motor development, self-care, feeding, play, social participation, and functional independence. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with families while collaborating closely with experienced speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
- Five years of pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric fieldwork and feeding are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
