Duties
- Operate commercial-grade pressure washers to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces with precision and care
- Inspect equipment regularly, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to environmental regulations
- Prepare work sites by setting up necessary barriers or safety signs before beginning cleaning tasks
- Document work completed, including areas cleaned and any issues encountered during operations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storing equipment properly after use
Experience
- Prior experience operating pressure washing equipment or similar power cleaning tools is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to high-pressure cleaning operations
- Ability to perform physical tasks in outdoor environments, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and following instructions effectively
