Role: Part-Time / Full-Time Technician & Sales Representative (1099)
Compensation: High-Tier Commission OR Commission 20% Vesting Equity Stake
THE MISSION
Spaceman Pressure Washing is a 1-year-old premium exterior cleaning brand built on a foundation of reliability and Universal Quality. We aren't just looking for an employee; we are looking for a Builder and Partner. If you have the vision to help grow a company from the ground up, we want you on the flight crew.
THE ROLE & REQUIREMENTS
We need someone with an obsessive drive for success who is fit, fast, and meticulous.
- The Vehicle: Must have your own Truck or SUV with a tow hitch. You must be comfortable towing, hooking, and unhooking a professional trailer.
- Mechanical Aptitude: You must understand motors and handle routine equipment maintenance (oil, seals, pumps).
- Night Ops: Flexibility is key. We service the restaurant industry, meaning late-night or overnight shifts (11 PM – 12 AM starts) are common.
- The Hustle: You will canvas neighborhoods (Five-Around door knocking), pitch commercial managers, and close sales between jobs.
- Content Creation: Capture the "Spaceman Magic" via high-quality before/after photos and videos for social media.

Operate our professional open trailer rig, hardware, and eco-friendly chemicals.
Already have equipment? We are open to a Partnership Merger.
Includes all Spaceman branding and apparel.
Work under our insurance, brand, and marketing umbrella to scale faster.
Preference given to those with secure garage storage.
THE PAYLOAD (EARNING POTENTIAL)
We want you to treat this like your own business. There is no ceiling on your earnings.
Residential Commission Structure:
- Jobs up to $500: You keep everything after a $150 flat fee to the company.
- Jobs up to $1,000: You keep everything after a $300 flat fee to the company.
- Jobs over $2,000: A 60/40 split (You keep 60%).
- Note: If choosing the 20% Equity Stake path, commission structures will be renegotiated.
Commercial & Growth:
- Commercial Accounts: Earn a 40% commission on recurring commercial contracts you help land and service.
- Equity: Option to earn a 20% vesting ownership stake for the partner who puts in the "sweat equity" to build the brand.
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales, training, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with specialized power tools (preferred but not required).
- High level of accountability and a "15-minutes early" work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varied weather.
