What We Offer:
- $25–$40/hr based on experience
- P4P Profit Sharing: 10% of saved labor hours paid to crews that beat estimated man hours

Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, tractors, and dump trucks
- Install patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, landscaping, and decorative concrete
- Snow plowing and salting during winter operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass initial drug screening
- Ability to lift 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required — training available
- Takes feedback well and applies it
- Shows up consistently, even when conditions are tough
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Overtime available during peak season
