What You'll Be Doing
(These responsibilities must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Follow company standards for welcoming customers & checking them in for service, gathering information from the customer and explaining the products and services offered, assisting the customer with any inquiries they may have regarding their vehicles, then write a service tickets to specification.
- Inform the customers of other detailing packages that are available and try to sell additional services based on the customer's needs or wants.
- Recommend and introduce new products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
- Communicate with customers from initial contact all through completion of maintenance, always ensuring that customer's expectations are not just met but exceeded.
- Promote a clean, safe, and healthy experience for our guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High volume sales experience
- Comfortable with explaining product knowledge to customers
- Minimum age of 18
